John is the Director of National Accounts for Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. and has been with the company for over ten years. He has conducted many seminars and CLE presentations while at Summation on a spectrum of topics relating to the use of technology in litigation and regulatory practices. John has been involved in sales and support of services and products to the legal community for over 15 years.

| Deborah Coram |

Deborah Coram is the Sales and Marketing Manager for CaseVault. She also manages the development of Summation's overseas client base while assisting in the strategic development of the Summation product line within the US.
Prior to joining Summation, Deborah was employed as the Products and Services Manager for Australia's leading litigation support bureau. In that role she oversaw all aspects of litigation management, and was responsible for sales, consulting, support and training of Summation throughout the Asia Pacific region. As part of her role, she also presented many CLE sessions to law firms, the courts, and was invited on numerous occasions to present as a guest speaker at publicly sponsored litigation seminars and legal conferences. Prior to this, Deborah practiced as a lawyer for 5 years in litigation and IT law, with a large Australian law firm. While working as a lawyer, she also undertook a Masters in Management Information Systems.
Since joining Summation in March 2003, Deborah has presented numerous presentations to law firms and corporations in the US and around the world on topics including the use of Summation, WebBlaze, Electronic Discovery and CaseVault.

| Nancy J. Hopp |

Nancy J. Hopp is the Court Reporter Liaison for Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. She serves as a resource for court reporters on realtime and other reporting-related issues.
Prior to joining Summation, Nancy was a court reporter for 25 years and a partner at Sonntag Reporting Service, Ltd., in Chicago, Illinois. Her reporting experience has been diverse, including assignments as varied as the Space Shuttle Challenger accident investigation and Pope John Paul II's visit to St. Louis.
Nancy is a Registered Diplomate Reporter, a Certified Realtime Reporter, a Certified Manager of Reporting Services, and a Contributing Editor to the National Court Reporters Association's Journal of Court Reporting. She also serves on the State of Illinois Certified Shorthand Reporters Board and numerous state and national reporting association committees.
She holds a court reporting degree from MacCormac College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University.

Bil Kellermann is the Director of Corporate Legal Systems for Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. He has given numerous CLE presentations on many topics including the use of Summation Blaze®, Blaze LG and iBlaze® to automate the litigation process for case preparation and trial presentation.
Bil received his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He was formerly a labor & employment litigator with the San Francisco law firm Sullivan, Roche and Johnson. He is published at: Cinelli v. Security Pac. Corp., 61 F.3d 1437, 1445 (9th Cir. 1995) (ERISA). He previously held senior management positions in two California high tech companies, OTI/Technilink, Inc. and Maximum Technology, Inc. Reem Saffouri holds the position of Manager of Professional Services at Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. She brings to Summation her extensive background spanning all aspects of litigation support management. She has a hands-on knowledge of legal technology developed from experience as a paralegal on document-intensive cases, in both litigation and in other practice areas. In addition, Reem previously served as a technical support lead for Summation, garnering accolades for client sensitive problem solving. Her solutions represented a clear understanding of common, and not so common, applications of technology to a nuts & bolts litigation support practice.
Reem presents live and web-based seminars (Webinars) on a variety of topics, including Summation LG/ iBlaze, CaseVault, and Electronic Document Discovery. As an instructor in the Summation Trainer Certification program Reem teaches the ins-and-outs of using Summation in Litigation Support.
Reem holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.

Jon Sigerman Co-Founded Summation Legal Technologies, Inc., in 1988. He has been a complex litigation attorney for twenty-five years. Jon is AV-rated, and is listed in the Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers for Employment Litigation, 84th Edition. Jon has litigated more than twenty State and Federal trials. Published appellate decisions include:
O'Brien et al. v. Sky Chefs, 670.F2d 864, (Ninth Circuit, 1982) (employment discrimination); Board of Trustees for the Mill Cabinet Trust Fund of Northern California v. Valley Cabinet Manufacturing, Inc., 877.Fd 769 (Ninth Circuit, 1989)(employer pension fund withdrawal liability); Securities and Exchange Commission, Chan, French v. While acting as consulting co-counsel for other law firms and agencies (i.e., Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro; Morrison & Foerster; Littler, Mendelsohn, Fastiff & Tichy; Graham & James; San Francisco City Attorney; Munger, Tolles & Olson; EEOC, etc.)-Jon structured and developed statistical analysis evidence in more than 100 employment discrimination and securities fraud class actions. He has given expert testimony on employment discrimination evidence in federal trials and administrative proceedings.
