Electronically deliver transcripts, linked exhibits and synchronized video*, all in one neat little package!

Summation's investment in cutting-edge technology now brings you TranSendCR® Plus, a software program specially designed to enable you to give your clients the outstanding service they prize.

Using TranSendCR® Plus, create links between specific transcript text and exhibit files using your choice of alias words or phrases (for example, "Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 1"). Then bundle the final transcript, exhibits, and synchronized video into one compact Summation Briefcase Format (SBF) file.

Here's how easy it is to use:

  1. Select the transcripts and exhibits you wish to include in the SBF file.

  2. Add alias text links between transcripts and exhibits.

  3. Compress and encrypt the SBF file, adding additional password security, if desired.

  4. E-mail the SBF file to your client or save it to diskette or CD.

SBF files can be packaged on a CD or diskette and delivered with the hard-copy transcript, or e-mailed for immediate delivery in an encrypted, password-protected medium. Your clients simply drag-and-drop them into Summation Blaze LG, LG Gold, or iBlaze (Version 2.5 or higher). Talk about special delivery!

When attorneys using Summation click on "Plaintiff's Exhibit No. 1" in your transcript, the corresponding exhibit image will appear. But unlike files created in other transcript-bundling programs, SBF exhibit files are also incorporated into Summation's powerhouse Core Database, where they can be searched and annotated!

Best of all, Summation Legal Technologies will license TranSendCR® Plus to you AT NO COST to benefit our joint customers!

To receive your complimentary copy of TranSendCR Plus and helpful instructions in Adobe Acrobat format, complete the TranSendCR Plus Order Form. You can either download it or have us mail it to you on CD-ROM. (To download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here.)

*Video synchronization files (the time-stamp information that is used to synchronize the transcript text with the video) can be included within SBF files in the Summation SVI format. The actual video MPEG remains a separate file on its own CD-ROM.
