Summation
Named "Best of Breed" Winner
in 2nd Annual Electronic Lawyer Awards
Lit support package publisher
honored for innovation, and for providing
litigators with a tool for making a better case in the courtroom.
New
York, New York - February 4, 2002 - Summation Legal Technologies,
Inc. is very happy to announce its first award for 2002 - the
Electronic Lawyer Awards for Excellence in the field of Best of
Breed for Software and Hardware. Criteria used to select the award
recipients include law office functionality, form, ease of use
and stability. After intensive review and examination of many
products, The Electronic Lawyer presents the award to the
company whose products truly exemplify the best of breed. The
award will be presented on February 4th at New York LegalTech.
According
to Alan Pearlman, author of the nationally syndicated and trademarked
column entitled "The Electronic Lawyer", Summation
was named "for their award winning courtroom litigation support
package and their new iBlaze® product, with on-line functions,
making your trial presentations and results a matter of ease,
with a small and easy learning curve that allows the attorneys
to present a better case in the courtroom!"
"It's
very gratifying to be recognized by the Electronic Lawyer community
as a best of breed winner," said Jon Sigerman, President
of Summation Legal Technologies, Inc. "For the past few years,
our development mission has been two-fold: to push the envelope
and create some completely new lit support product concepts, and
to further simplify and enhance our flagship product. With the
release of Summation iBlaze and the rapid acceptance of our new
Summation Blaze® LG product line, I think we've achieved both
goals."
Electronic
Lawyer Awards for Excellence recipients were chosen by means of
an independent survey, tally count and comments made to The Electronic
Lawyer web site this past year. Other winners include LexMark,
Amicus Attorney, and Software Technology, Inc.
