Of the 95 firms that responded to the survey question “What software does the firm use to handle litigation?” 64 firms – or 67% of respondents – named Summation. That’s an increase of 10% from last year’s survey.

It’s interesting to note that our two closest competitors – LiveNote and Microsoft Access – don’t come close to offering comprehensive, integrated solutions, as we do. If the survey were conducted on the basis of total usage (as opposed to what applications are used at one time or another), I believe that Summation would have earned an even higher percentage of respondents.”
