Final results are in from the 2001 ABA Legal Technology Survey…and they show that Summation is definitively the most popular litigation support software amongst American Bar Association respondents. Of respondents who identified specific litigation support products, 58% use Summation software. That's nearly three times the mentions of second most indicated software program.

In separate survey topics, Summation was also indicated as most used transcription/deposition management program and most used knowledge management program.

Results were compiled from surveys completed by 671 attorneys in private practice. The ABA publishes survey results in five reports: Law Office Technology, Online Research, Mobile Lawyers, Litigation and Courtroom Technology, and Web and Communication Technology.
