CT Summation Welcomes Aboard Peter Florian as VP Product Marketing

San Francisco, CA (January 23, 2006) - Peter Florian has been appointed as vice president of product marketing and eDiscovery for CT Summation, part of the Litigation Solutions business unit. This newly created role has been developed based on research showing customers' growing demands for robust litigation and eDiscovery solutions.

Florian previously served as the vice president of marketing and strategic planning for Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services, where he successfully led product management, business planning and marketing communications for the group's core compliance and governance businesses. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, he was the chief marketing officer at Thomson Financial. Florian has also run his own marketing agency with clients that included Bloomberg, CS First Boston and McGraw Hill, and he began his career in financial planning and product management at Pepsi.

"I've been with CT during an exciting time of change, and have been able to play a role in its strategy and execution leading up to those changes," said Florian. "Our research over the past year has shown customers need and want e-discovery solutions. I'm looking forward to my new role as part of CT Summation's expansion into this fast-growing market."

Florian holds a bachelor's degree from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY, and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
